
A. If you forget your password, enter your card number and click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link. You will then be given two options: 1) Send your password in an email to the listed email address, or 2) Allow you to log in immediately after providing your Security Answer. If you still are not successful after completing one of these two options, contact customer service at 1-800-624-6171.
A. Your name and total points are displayed in the upper left hand side of the screen once you login to TruCash. To view your activities click on the Transactions Tab, to view your transaction history.

A. This is referred to as 'Converting Points to Cash' and there are two ways:
Once you reach the Convert Points to Cash page, simply click the 'Convert to Cash' drop-down box and select the amount of points you wish to convert. Then click ‘Convert Now’. The points will immediately be taken from your account and the cash will be loaded on to your card.
Prior to your first conversion of points to cash, you will have to activate your card for this option and provide one piece of ID, such as SIN #, Drivers License or Passport #. When you activate your card, you will be given a temporary e-Wallet password (different than your TruCash password). Write this down. The first time you log into the banking website (by clicking on Open My e-Wallet), you will be forced to change your e-Wallet password.
A. Yes, TruCash Gift Cards.
A. Click on the Redeem Tab, then TruCash Gift Card
A. To view your card balance, simply log in. This will take you to the e-Wallet management section of TruCash.
A. These values change depending on which country you are located in and also on whether you are converting to cash or gift cards. You can see the redemption values within the Redeem Tab section of the website.
A. Donate all or a portion of your points to one of our TruCash charities. Click on Redeem, then Charity, call our Customer Service Center toll free at 1-800-624-6171 or send an email to service@trucash.com.
A. It’s a prepaid debit card. When you get your card, you may also receive your 4 digit pin number depending on the program specifications. Please keep your PIN number safe for ATM withdrawls.
A. Either function will work. If you select debit, you will have to enter your 4 digit pin number. If you select credit, you will have to sign for the purchase. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in the account plus any fees related to the transaction (see Terms and Conditions that accompanied the card).
A. DCR does not have access to pin numbers. If you lose your PIN, you must replace your card. If you are associated with a specific company or association, contact them and ask for a new card. Then contact TruCash (DCR Strategies) to have your points and cash transferred to your new card.
A. Yes, Log in then click on PIN Requests, then Change PIN.
